Acceptance of Terms — By using our websites, store, booking system, or courses (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility — You must be 18+ with government-issued photo ID for services or courses.

Services & Products — We offer: tattoo/piercing services, physical merchandise, educational programs (online + in-person), and digital downloads. Offerings may change. Service may be refused for lawful reasons.

Payments — USD pricing unless stated otherwise. Sales tax/duties may apply. By purchasing, you authorize charges for all products, deposits, subscriptions, or installments.

Eligible: Unused, unopened items within 7 days.

Not Eligible: Custom/personalized, clearance, hygiene-sensitive, opened media.

Refunds: Minus shipping + 30% restocking fee. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless our error.

Shipping Policy (Physical Goods) —

Processing: 1–3 business days (pre-orders vary).

Carriers: USPS/UPS/FedEx; rates calculated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates: 7–10 days standard / 5–7 expedited. International available with customs fees.

Issues: Lost/damaged packages reported within 7 days. Address errors/refused deliveries may incur extra fees.

5. Tattoo Session Booking Policy

Deposits — $50–$100 non-refundable, applied to session cost. Forfeited for late cancels, no-shows, or policy violations.

Rescheduling — One reschedule allowed with 72+ hours’ notice. Shorter notice requires a new deposit.

Cancellations/No-Shows — Deposit forfeited. Multiple no-shows may require prepayment.

Late Arrivals — 15-minute grace period. Later may forfeit deposit/session.

Design Changes — Major changes <72 hrs before appointment may require new deposit/time/fees.

Touch-Ups — Within 90 days at our discretion. Not for neglect, sun damage, or improper aftercare.

Age & ID — Must be 18+ with valid ID. No pregnant/nursing clients. Medical disclosure required.

Guests — One guest max unless approved. No children or pets.
-
Photography — Work may be photographed for portfolio/marketing unless declined in advance.

Aftercare — Instructions must be followed; otherwise, touch-up eligibility may be voided.

Rates — Subject to change. Quotes are estimates only.

Consent Forms — Required before service.
6. Apprenticeship Enrollment & Attendance

Eligibility — Selective admission; must be 18+.

Tuition & Fees — Non-refundable once purchased or access granted.

Online Coursework — 180 days to complete before in-studio training. Failure may mean deferral/dismissal without refund.

Conduct — Professional behavior required. Violations may result in removal.

IP & Materials — Content for enrolled students only. No recording/redistribution.

Attendance — In-studio training requires punctual attendance. Limited make-ups, subject to fees/availability.
7. Required Checkout Consents

No Refunds — “I acknowledge that all services, deposits, educational programs, and digital products are final sale and non-refundable, except where prohibited by law. I agree to the Booking Policy, Refund Policy, and Terms & Conditions.”

Tattoo Services — “I am 18+ and will present valid government-issued photo ID. I understand that late cancellations/no-shows forfeit my deposit.”

SMS Consent (optional) — “I agree to receive recurring marketing text messages. Msg/data rates apply. Reply STOP to cancel.”
