Please complete the application form below in full. Applications without all required fields and the $129 non-refundable Enrollment Fee will not be reviewed.

What you’ll need to apply:

• Your full legal name, date of birth, and contact information

• A brief description of your artistic background or skill level

• A portfolio upload (artwork, sketches, tattoos, or designs) OR a link to your online portfolio/social media

Important notes before you begin:

• All online coursework must be completed within 180 days of enrollment (most students finish in 90).

• In-studio training begins only after online lessons are completed.

• Admission decisions are made within 48 hours of application.

• Tuition is non-refundable once portal access has been granted.
