1) Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms\ By accessing or using our websites, online store, course portal, booking system,
or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our other policies
referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility\ You must be at least 18 years old to book tattoo services or purchase educational programs or
digital downloads. Government‑issued photo ID is required for in‑person services.
3. Services & Products\ We offer: (i) tattoo and piercing services, (ii) physical merchandise, (iii) educational
programs (online and in‑person), and (iv) digital products (e.g., PDFs, flash downloads). Availability,
descriptions, and pricing may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service for any lawful
reason.
4. User Accounts\ You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under
your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
5. Payments\ Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We accept all major credit & debit cards.
Sales tax and/or duties may apply based on your location. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to
charge your selected payment method for all purchases, deposits, subscriptions, and installments.
6. No Refunds – Key Term\ All service fees, booking deposits, educational programs, and digital products
are final sale and non‑refundable, except where required by law and as described in our Return Policy for
eligible physical goods.
7. Rescheduling & Cancellations\ See the Tattoo Session Booking Policy for deposits, rescheduling
windows, late arrivals, and no‑shows.
8. Intellectual Property\ All site content, course materials, designs, flash, graphics, images, text, videos,
and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute,
or create derivative works without written permission. Course access is licensed to the purchaser only; no
sharing, resale, or public performance.
9. User Content & Reviews\ If you submit reviews, images, or comments, you grant us a non‑exclusive,
royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes,
consistent with our Privacy Policy.

10. Health & Safety\ We may decline or stop a session if you appear intoxicated, sunburned, unwell, or
otherwise unsuitable for safe service. You must disclose relevant medical conditions and allergies. Follow all
aftercare instructions.
11. Disclaimers\ Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability\ To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the
applicable product or service.
13. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law\ These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri,
without regard to conflicts principles. Binding arbitration and class action waiver may apply:  Venue for
any permitted court action lies in Jackson County, Missouri.
14. Changes to Terms\ We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new
“Effective date.” Continued use means acceptance of changes.

4) Shipping Policy (Physical Goods)
Order Processing\ Orders typically process within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Pre‑order items will list estimated ship windows.
Shipping Methods & Rates\ We offer standard and expedited options via carriers such as USPS, UPS, or
FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service.
Tracking\ Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for scans to appear.
Domestic Delivery Estimates\ Standard: 7–10 business days. Expedited: 5–7 business days. Carrier delays
outside our control may occur.
International Shipping\ Available to select countries. Recipient is responsible for customs duties, VAT, and
import fees. Delivery times vary.
Address Issues & Refused Deliveries\ Verify your address at checkout. Undeliverable or refused packages
may incur return shipping and re‑ship fees.
Lost/Damaged Packages\ Report within 7 days of marked delivery (lost) or receipt (damaged) at
info@learntoink.com with photos for damaged items. We’ll assist with a replacement or claim where
applicable.
5) Return Policy (Physical Goods Only)
Eligibility\ Most unused, unopened physical items may be returned within 7** days** of delivery with proof
of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and resalable condition.

6) Refund Policy (Services, Education, Digital)
No Refunds — Final Sale\ All tattoo/piercing services, booking deposits, apprenticeship/education
fees (online or in‑person), and digital downloads are final sale and non‑refundable once purchased or
scheduled, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please review product descriptions and
course outlines carefully before purchasing.
Physical Goods\ See Return Policy above for eligible physical merchandise.
7) Digital Goods & Course Access Terms
License & Access\ Purchases grant a non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license for individual use only. No
sharing, resale, redistribution, or public posting.
Account Sharing Prohibited\ Login credentials may not be shared. We may suspend or terminate access
for suspected misuse.
Availability\ We strive for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may modify,
suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
No Refunds\ All digital and educational purchases are non‑refundable as stated in our Refund Policy.
8) Tattoo Session Booking Policy
Booking Deposits (Non‑Refundable)\ A non‑refundable deposit of \$50 or \$100 is required to secure
your appointment and is applied to the final session cost. Deposits are forfeited for no‑shows, late
cancellations, or policy violations.
Rescheduling\ You may reschedule once with at least 72 hours’ notice to preserve your deposit.
Reschedules with less notice or additional reschedules require a new deposit.
Cancellations & No‑Shows\ Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice or no‑shows result in deposit
forfeiture. Multiple no‑shows may require prepayment for future bookings or refusal of service.
Late Arrivals\ A 15‑minute grace period applies. Arrivals after 15 minutes may lose the appointment and
deposit at our discretion.
Design & Changes\ Provide clear direction before your appointment. Major design changes (size,
placement, style) within 72 hours of the appointment or at the session may require a new deposit or
additional time/fees.
Touch‑Ups\ Touch‑ups, if needed due to normal healing, are typically offered within 90 days at our
discretion. Touch‑ups do not cover neglect of aftercare, sun exposure, picking, or external damage.

Health, Age & ID\ You must be 18+ with a valid government‑issued photo ID. We do not tattoo pregnant or
nursing individuals. Disclose medical conditions, medications (e.g., blood thinners), and allergies. We may
decline service for safety reasons (e.g., intoxication, sunburn, illness).
**Guests** For safety and focus, one guest max per client unless otherwise approved. 
No children or pets in the studio.
Photography & Portfolio\ We may photograph healed or fresh work for our portfolio and social media. If
you prefer not to be photographed, notify us before the session.
Aftercare\ Follow our written aftercare instructions. Failure to follow aftercare may affect healing and void
touch‑up eligibility.
Rates & Quotes\ Rates are subject to change. Quotes are estimates; final pricing reflects the actual design,
size, detail, and time required.
Release Forms\ You must complete and sign consent/release and medical disclosure forms before the
session.
9) Apprenticeship Enrollment & Attendance Policy (Education)
Admissions & Eligibility\ Admission is selective. Meeting minimum criteria does not guarantee enrollment.
Age 18+.
Tuition & Fees (Non‑Refundable)\ Tuition, enrollment fees, and digital course access fees are
non‑refundable once purchased or once access is granted.
Course Access & Deadlines\ Online modules must be completed within 180 days (self‑paced) prior to
in‑studio training. Failure to meet deadlines may result in deferral or dismissal without refund.
Code of Conduct\ Professional behavior is required. Harassment, plagiarism, or policy violations may result
in removal without refund.
IP & Materials\ Course content is for enrolled students only. No recording, redistribution, or public sharing.
Attendance & Make‑Ups\ In‑studio sessions require punctual attendance. Make‑ups are limited and
subject to instructor availability and additional fees.
10) Acceptance of No‑Refunds (Checkout Consent Language)
Required Checkbox Text:\ "I acknowledge that all services, deposits, educational programs, and digital
products are final sale and non‑refundable, except where prohibited by law. I agree to the Tattoo Session
Booking Policy, Refund Policy, and Terms & Conditions."

Additional Tattoo Booking Checkbox (example):\ "I am 18+ and will present a valid government‑issued
photo ID at my appointment. I understand that late cancellations or no‑shows forfeit my deposit."
SMS Consent Checkbox (marketing optional):\ "I agree to receive recurring marketing text messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."
11) Accessibility Statement (ADA)
We strive to ensure our website and services are accessible to persons with disabilities. If you encounter
accessibility barriers, contact us at

information. We periodically review our site against recognized standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA) and pursue

12) Age/ID & Minors Policy
We do not provide tattoo services to anyone under 18 years of age. Valid government‑issued photo ID is
required for all services. We reserve the right to refuse service if age cannot be verified or if legal
requirements are not met.
13) SMS/Email Communications Policy (TCPA/CAN‑SPAM)
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive transactional messages related to orders,
bookings, and account updates. Marketing messages are sent only with your express consent. Message/
data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end marketing texts and UNSUBSCRIBE for marketing emails. We
honor opt‑out requests promptly.
14) Intellectual Property & DMCA Notice
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, send a DMCA Notice to Nicholaus Young,
info@learntoink.com with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the allegedly
infringing material, (3) your contact info, (4) a good‑faith statement, and (5) a statement under penalty of
perjury that you are authorized to act. We may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user.
15) Health, Safety & Infection Control
We follow industry hygiene standards, single‑use needles, and sterilization protocols. You agree to follow
posted rules, disclose relevant health information, and comply with aftercare. We may decline service if
conditions would compromise safety.

16) Payment Methods, Taxes & Billing Errors
We accept all major debit & credit cards. Sales tax is applied where required. Contact us within 2 days of a
billing error notice; we will investigate and correct confirmed errors promptly.
17) Changes to Policies
We may update these policies periodically. Revised versions will be posted with a new Effective date.
Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
