Hugo will provide you with direct feedback as to what he determines the best possible route for your next tattooing project. You can expect a clear & accurate estimate for the time and price of your tattoo during this consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Professional Tattoo Consultations As a service to our dedicated tattoo clients and long-term supporters of the artists and apprentices within the Learn To Ink platform, we offer the opportunity to schedule an in-depth professional tattoo consultation before committing to any appointment, agreement, or financial obligation. We provide consultations for two main reasons: First, we want to make sure the artist you selected is the right fit for your specific project. Second, we want to make sure you have a clear understanding of the estimated time, cost, and overall direction of your tattoo before moving forward. All pricing discussed during a consultation, whether by Zoom or in person at our Kansas City tattoo studio, is the most accurate estimate we can provide based on the information available at that time. However, estimates are not guarantees. Final pricing cannot be confirmed until a tattoo session has been scheduled, a deposit has been paid, and both the artist and client are in agreement on the direction, scope, and expectations of the project. Learn To Ink reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion. Under no circumstances will we provide tattoo services that promote hate, intolerance, racism, discrimination, or any other negatively influenced or harmful themes. Please respect our time just as we respect yours. If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, we ask that you provide your artist with at least 48 hours’ notice. Clients who no-call/no-show or fail to use the self-scheduling tools provided by email may be required to place a deposit before scheduling any future consultation.
