Cancellation Policy

We’re excited to show you around! To keep things running smoothly, please give us at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your tour. No deposit is required to book. If you miss your tour or change the date/time with less than 72 hours’ notice, we may charge the card on file for up to $100 (50% of the lost booking revenue). This helps us honor our artists’ time and make sure spots stay available for future students. Thanks for understanding—we can’t wait to welcome you!
